i love how other fandoms create au’s in these really exciting, dynamic, post-apocalyptic worlds in order to see how their characters would react in new, dangerous situations

and then there’s homestuck

where nearly every au is set in a (more or less) domesticated setting in order to see how the characters would react to normal, everyday situations
